Scales appear to be accurate. I wrote to the seller describing the missing and incorrect information in the manual. After a week there is no response so I give 3 stars. The manual suggests in the FAQ, if the number displayed is unstable after reset, press the RESET button. . .The scale has no RESET button. The manual describes the process of changing the display backlight timeout. The process didn't work. The safety guide says not to use it when there is a low battery indicator, but doesn't say or show what that indicator might be.
