EXCELLENT QUALITY. You don't have to pay department store prices for it. The good reputation of Wüsthof still lives on in this product: It is NOT a used fake - it is the original, just a lot less money for the product. I don't trust them, I wouldn't go, I wouldn't buy anything else with it. My knife of this size has worn out after seven years of hard use and constant sharpening. I certainly didn't intend to buy an entire set of knives for a knife or two that are worn out, so I only buy the ones I need again and it saves me money. I can only recommend this seller.
