First thing when I received it, the longer chain strap was missing a piece to connect it to my purse. I should have sent it back at the time but I had no intention of using this strap. 2-3 months after purchase the short strap on the bag broke. I rarely used this wallet as I usually throw my wallet in my work backpack so it's not related to usage. I tried to return it and apparently it broke 60-90 days after purchase.
