I like that they are easy to work with, professional in their approach, thorough in their knowledge base. They have helped us improve our collections process. Their turnaround time is very quick! The only thing i dislike about them has been some issues we had during implementation due to lack of communication from their side. We solved those problems quickly but it was not ideal. If you want someone who will be able to get your needs met professionally. You should go with this team! Great customer service, great experience overall. They do what they say! I like the ease of use and the ability to create reports and see what is being billed. It is a little difficult to navigate and not as intuitive as other software.
