Love the size, durability and interchangeable window. My kitty can climb onto the backpack on her own and it won't budge, she happily sticks her head out the window and there's still room for another cat if your cat isn't on the "fluffier" side. (written June 2020) A year later (April 2021) we have a new kitten, which means a new backpack! It had some odd straps at the bottom that the first carrier didn't have, and the sides didn't feel as sturdy as wood at first, but so far it's held up well after being flown to New York and back to Los Angeles is , a few outdoor hikes and a few car rides, sooooo weird straps aside, I think it's safe to say this bag is value for money.
