She issued a replacement brush, which came but was the wrong size. Criselle took action & sent a correct replacement quickly! It came & was absolute perfection! Love this company, their products & customer service! It’s so nice to deal with a company that stands by their products & helps their customers! Very happy customer!———-So far no problems.
