They sent me different straws than what I asked for. I specifically wanted non-flexible straws for the summer school I was creating. What was sent to me? Flexible straws that were useless to me. And to top it off, THEY MADE ME PAY TO SEND IT TO YOU. IT WAS YOUR FAULT SO I SHOULD NOT BE WITHOUT MONEY. I ended up at Smart and Final and paid about $2 for what this site cost about $14!
