Review on Gnowit by Tim Paolucci

I like that it allows me to see what is being said about my organization online across multiple websites/social media platforms so quickly! It's also free for small businesses up until $49 per month after which there are some additional costs (I believe).

The user interface can be clunky at times but this could just have been an issue with our implementation rather than anything inherent in their software itself? Nothing really - maybe make sure you get someone who has used them before as opposed of going through training first if they don't offer one somewhere close by your area or nearby colleagues etc.? We use GnowIt primarily because we want access not only around Canada-wide news stories related specifically within government departments such things specific announcements from ministries; however having different filters available enables us more flexibility when looking into particular issues / topics e g health care reform.
