Very loud and beautifully deep tone that sounds very formal. I like the sound compared to many other brands of electronic horns and am very satisfied now after hearing it in person. It absolutely gets people's attention, which my standard car horns couldn't. However, quitting was a nightmare for a person with OCD. The bracket that came with it is bent the wrong way and had to be modified significantly to get the speaker to sit straight in the grille. The holes drilled in both the speaker and bracket are so far off center that I had to oversize them so I could accurately mount the screws (which I had pre-drilled holes for). I have experience working with metal and was fortunate to have the right tools for quick repairs so the total time it took to assemble the speaker was less than 15 minutes and the wiring was easily connected to my factory horn wire. They contain a row of flat crimp sockets, which confuses me because you need a male counterpart to complete the splice. But apart from that awesome little kit. Can't beat the price. Sounds better than a Whelen device. In the end, this is a great product and even better if you don't have OCD.
