The idea is good - instead of a wire around the apartment, the signal goes through the outlet, plus it clones Wi-fi. But the implementation let us down. Wired connection works tolerably, but every day you need to plug the device into a power outlet, otherwise the network may not work. Wi-fi, although it easily cloned the settings, is very unstable. At home, two networks with one SSID appear. Those. the network is, as it were, one, and the phone / tablet connects to the device that is closer. It seemed like a great idea. One network, one password and the phone will automatically connect to the desired network even in the farthest corner of the apartment. But either TP-Link is not friendly with the Netgear router, or it's just buggy. If you first connect to the router, and then go to another room where TP-Link is connected, then the phone cannot connect to Wi-fi for four minutes. And when connected it works intermittently. As a result, I use only "wired" functionality. Wi-fi extender turned off.
