I tested this device without a camera in the pool. No problem. With the chamber in the pool there is no leakage. The management basically worked. Took it to film an event outside the pool for the first time. When trying to expand the camera, my ISO settings got messed up and I scrolled through all the options. After pulling the camera out three times, I was finally able to keep it in place. Two more times I took out the box and camera to take pictures and there were no problems. Today is my fourth time using it (I always check the seal around the perimeter before going in the water) and it works for a few minutes and suddenly I feel everything vibrate and the camera goes black. Fearing the worst, I swim to shore to find several inches of water has collected around the lens area, leaving the camera soaked with salt water and dead. Revain was kind enough to give me an 80% refund but still paid me a 20% restocking fee because I didn't have a 30 year refund period. Not sure if they restock as I returned a defective unit. Sorry I couldn't travel for 30 days (was about 40) before actually testing it. I'm still waiting to see what happens to my camera. At least I was insured. Update: The seller was good enough to work with Revain to get the rest of my refund back. Thank you! They said they would examine the device to find out what was wrong and asked me to contact them about it.
