The handle is very heavy. I typically shave 12-15 clients a day with a lighter grip. I switched to this one to upgrade my hardware. It feels very durable and I love the magnetic closure. My blades stick out at the end. So unless you're using their own proprietary blades, you'll have to deal with about 8 inches of your blade coming out of the end. The problem is that it's too heavy. I can usually run the blade across the skin to feel the bumps and cracks in the skin without cutting anyone. With that blade, it's so heavy that the ability to sense those things doesn't exist. I've cut several clients with this blade while trying to be light. I'm also not a fan of the open blade. This device should offer the option of exposing the blade or not. At this price point, this blade has a lot of flaws that need improvement, but also a lot of really cool features that it should continue to include.
