Review on cune-SOP by Jon Ford

I like that you can easily create standard documents as well as personalized ones with this software package! It's also been very easy using it so far - we've just had some issues during our first pilot project where users weren't aware of how they could modify their data (i think an email would have helped here). We needed custom compliance documentation templates which are now being used by over 50 companies worldwide, and will continue expanding into other industries/specialties such as pharmaceuticals & biologics etc., since this product has worked really great thusfar at ensuring correct regulatory filings. I like the ease of use, the ability to have multiple people work on one document at the same time and the ability to have the document sent to the FDA for review. I do not like that there is no way for me to send a doc to a reviewer and have them respond without having to go back to the person who created it. It would be nice to be able to have the FDA reviewer respond directly to the person who created the document. We are using it to create SOPs for our devices and our software.
