Bought for bday party. Alot of them were ON when i opened the box.great! Batteries are gonna die!.after passing them out the kids turned them on.several would go off when the kids would expand the tube.when you push the button they werent turning on.if you gave them a shake theyd flicker but wouldn't stay on. Definitely a disappointment beings that some kids got perfect working ones.others got the duds.i felt terrible. The kids left them behind and we just threw them away! Such a waste and a disappointment
