To be honest I ordered ink before my previous supply ran out so I had missed the return window when I needed it and the first cartridge I used was (802XL Yellow). used up perfect. My problems started with the next cartridge (802XL Magenta) and repeated for cartridges (802XL Cyan) and 2 (802 Black). 4 out of 5 cartridges I received failed. I have followed all the instructions. Reinstalled 4-5 times before calling tech support. The automated helpdesk bot made several attempts before connecting to technical support. The helpdesk extension called about 6 times with no answer before going back to the automated assistant. I have never been connected to a technical specialist. I believe in reduce, reuse and recycle but will never use this company again.
