The item corrupted all uploaded files. Unfortunately I waited too long for a return. I would suggest staying away from this item or returning it promptly if you have a problem. My mistake was that I thought everything I downloaded was transferred in the right order. I checked later and all the movie file folders were empty. I did a cut and paste. All was lost. 5 UHD movie files.
