It's just labeled as expected because I ordered another pair in a different color from Sanyoyo and they were too big so I knew what to get. The size chart is a shot in the dark, although I measured my child's feet. My advice. Order 2-3 sizes and return what doesn't fit so you don't have to wait again. So I ordered 2 pairs because you have twins and one pair was symmetrical and beautifully trimmed to the bottom. The other pair had one shoe that was wider than the other, and the soles of the shoes were shaped like a rat, with little laces hanging down. I'm not sending back due to frustration. I chose Sanyoyo as they seemed to be of more consistent quality than other brands (e.g. Live & Leo) but not this time. They stay on my twin's feet and they are soft so 3 stars for that!
