After a 20 year hiatus we went camping and everything I read pointed to Magma cookware. I chose induction, although our current RV doesn't have an induction cooktop, we have friends who have bought an induction cooktop and love it. So I bit the bullet and decided on non-stick induction cookware. This is a high quality cookware. Heavy, definitely non-stick, cooking with it is a pleasure. The first few times it takes a few minutes to figure out which piece goes where to put it back together into a neat little bun, but make sure it's there. It takes up very little space and meets all our culinary needs. I'll probably throw in my large stash of Calphalone for gumbo, red beans, and rice over the winter, but we're ready for the summer!
