The shoes are very very flat. I had to add inserts for some support since they're isn't any at all. The part of the shoe that goes across your Metatarsophalangeal (joint at base of toe) actually is uncomfortable. The shoes do stretch out easily after wearing them. But they're still uncomfortable. The material isn't the best quality and seems like where the "seam and sole" meet will separate easily. The fabric material is nice and pretty color tho.
