The tool is very flexible, easy for use by both sales people as well as accounting persons. It also offers good support when I've been away from my computer (for example I'm at an international conference). There are some minor issues with formatting (e.g., line breaks) in one specific version of the application that can be fixed using simple adjustments. A quick way to present the latest transactions of your accounts to management and clients. I like that you can easily pull in invoices or other files from your accounting software, which is integrated for us via xerotouch. It's not as easy on my end (and others' who are using it) because we need more guidance around how best to use this tool. If anything, they should have had some training when initially launching!
