I'm in my 40's and have never worn a shower cap so I was a bit skeptical about buying one. As a newly converted curly girl, I wanted to try this because washing my hair every day is no longer an option. The conceited side of me was afraid of how it would look on me. The practical side of me was afraid it wouldn't really keep my hair dry - I was afraid my hair would get so "soaked up" during the shower that it wasn't worth all the extra effort. I'm happy to say that not only did it work (kept my hair and all my bangs dry) but it actually looked really cute. (My husband blinked at me when he first saw me in it, but he's also smart enough to know when to bite his tongue!). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking - it's comfortable, fits well and ties as tight as you like, easy to put on and does the job!
