When I first opened the box, I thought the wrong paper towels were put in the right box. I was upset and ready to request a replacement when I decided to read the instructions on the actual box. Reading is fundamental. The huge hole in each roll should be slowly pulled out like an overturned lunch box. The quality of the buns is higher than most local brands. Note: You can lay them flat on the countertop and the paper towels pull out easily with a light touch by pulling the paper towel holder. This only applies if you are using a container designed for Center Pull SoftPull paper towels.
