Review on 📷 Rexing V1 Basic Dash Cam 1080P FHD DVR Car Driving Recorder with 2.4" LCD Screen, 170°Wide Angle, G-Sensor, WDR, Parking Monitor, and Loop Recording by Jere Mosley

Worked great for the first few months. Bought in November 2020, no problems. In the last two months, the camera would turn off after being on for a minute and then turn on again after about a few minutes. Not sure why this happened. At the same time, the loop stopped (at least that's when I noticed for the first time that the recording stopped. I assumed it was looping the whole time, but now I doubt it is). I know I enabled it when I first installed it, but I checked to see if it was enabled. The only way I know of to save a recording is to format it, but that's a pain - who wants to constantly check their dash cam to make sure it's recording? I can't even update the firmware on the Rexing site because it's not available. Has this model been out of production for a few years? Why are no firmware updates available? Maybe it's me, but I don't think I'm that incompetent. As I write this, my dashcam is connected to my laptop and has cycled off and on twice. The price is great, but the quality is only average for 1080p. Oh yes, I bought a suction cup, but it has fallen off several times during the night. Because of these problems, it is not worth buying the camera. I will not buy from this manufacturer again.
