Quality and support from Simbra's customer service team leave much to be desired.

I am a regular shopper at internet sporting goods stores, and my experience with Simbra was less than satisfying. Their website may be user-friendly, but the standard of their offerings and assistance is lacking. The basketballs and sneakers I bought were of poor quality and wore out after very little use. During my hikes, I found that the clothing I had purchased was not as long-lasting as I had hoped. The poor standard of Simbra's offerings left me feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. Furthermore, their lack of customer care was glaring. The inaccessibility of customer service made it challenging for me to resolve problems with my purchases. In addition, when I did manage to get in contact with them, they were completely unresponsive and unable to assist me in any way. While Simbra does carry a wide variety of sporting goods, the standard of their products and the assistance they provide to customers leaves much to be desired. If you're in the market for high-quality, dependable sporting products, I wouldn't go with Simbra.
