The sets of 2 and 3 of this item are two completely different types of dental floss heads. I was specifically looking for the floss pictured in the 2 pack option. I assumed a 3 pack would be the same style as a 2 pack but that is not the case. I ordered 3 packs because it was a good deal but when it arrived I looked back at my order and had to zoom in to realize they weren't the same as 2 packs. Now I'm stuck with 450 sets of yarn that I don't like as this item cannot be returned or exchanged. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because I feel responsible for not doing my due diligence and assuming 2 and 3 packs are the same item pictured in 2 packs.
