Just a helpful tip Buy a balloon machine and maybe something to mount balloons on the wall! I bought a balloon building kit and it had round pieces to attach balloons to. Everything went quickly and easily, except that the balls turned into an arc and stayed on the wall! We used fishing wire and then balloon and tactical tape. Put the tape between the balloons and attach the tape to the wall.
