I'm 5'11" 195" and I always buy oversized t-shirts and shorts, so I ignored the sizing recommendation and bought this oversized t-shirt. it feels like it's about to break. If I was a little shorter it would probably work. but I'm not like that, and I'm glad of it. I'm sending it back and buying XL.
