Great for running and living!
I usually between 7.5 and 8. I ordered 7.5 had to return it for 8. There are no problems with the return. These shoes look great, feel great and help me run faster. I wear them when walking the dog, jogging and jogging. So far, so good. I'm new to running so some shins are split but not the fault of the shoes I don't think. The laces are good and hold up well. No bubbles, easy to crack.
