I got sick both times

I liked the concept. I found these pills easy to swallow. I tried it the first night - woke up with an upset stomach and nausea, and then I started throwing up. I waited a month before trying these 5HTP pills (5HTP liquid capsules) again. I swallowed one and threw up in the bin within 2 hours like before. All I can say is that it's not for me. I threw the bag in the trash.
