My hair is frizzy but the material is too smooth (like satin) to hold my hair well during the process. I even sprayed it with hairspray but nothing changed. I can't imagine sleeping in it unless you've literally not moved all night. Better results have been obtained with a cotton scarf. Maybe the more expensive ones work better?
