Cats hated it: Dogs

The bag looked nice but my two cats hated it. I put my friendliest cat in for a few minutes, he couldn't get out fast enough and wouldn't set foot next to the bag. He was even afraid to walk past him. My other not so friendly cat didn't give me a chance to put it in to try. I sent the bag back for a refund. I spent 36.88, my refund was only 28.43, I think they kept the shipping cost difference. I WILL NEVER TRY ANYTHING NEW AGAIN unless Revain offers a FREE RETURN! What a waste of time and money
