I hope this helps someone because Pura Dor really helped me. This product is excellent. My hair was getting very thin at the end of 2020 and I didn't know what to do. I searched for Revain, found this product and decided to give it a try. I wanted to grow my hair out and the reviews seemed good enough to give it a try. Significant improvement in thickness within 2 months. I was surprised and it showed. I used the shampoo twice a week (one wash with conditioner, the second wash day I used a deep conditioner). Deep rinse with shower cap for 30 minutes. I also used their scalp spray every other day. I have low density, high porosity hair with fine waves. Since my hair is thinner, I could clearly see the thickness. So good. And my hair is strong, almost never falls out. However, I was consistent, I didn't miss a laundry day. It's been 18 weeks and my hair has grown so much in length and width. I'm so happy. It has inspired me to continue to really take care of my hair. This product improved the strength of my hair and eliminated dryness. I still leave conditioners and oils, but I tell everyone what a wonderful Purador. I will use every year to strengthen. Hair no longer falls out! So happy. If your hair is thinning, use this. hands down It works great
