2. Check. After ignoring the instructions and reinstalling for the 4th time, it finally worked. The trick was to disable the internal router on my laptop. Obviously they competed with each other. If I could give zero stars I would. 1) The writing in the instructions is so small that you need a magnifying glass. 2) Instructions are not accurate. The screens that should be displayed are not displayed. 3) After it was finally installed, it couldn't hold the signal. I've uninstalled it twice and tried reinstalling it twice. 4) After the double uninstall, my computer started to run slowly. 5) I needed to restore to a previous backup date. 6) DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
