Does exactly what it's supposed to do. I think the reviewers who had problems must have misunderstood the basic concept of the solar panel. It must receive daylight to generate energy. This puts a load on my cameras of around 5% per hour in good light and around 2% per hour in indirect but decent light. Yes, it charges a dead camera, and yes, it generates more power than your Arlo Pro camera needs. Excellent goods.
