Thinner than expected
Approximately 2 inches in diameter (measured side to side). As long as they work well. An almost unnecessary dimming function, but a nice one nonetheless. Unfortunately, the flicker effect is only activated with the remote control, so if you have one in the other room, you'll need to bring one of the two remotes with you. The timers work fine. Not a bad buy. The price is a bit high, but not a bad buy here either. Finally, while the flickering effect is "realistic", it is slightly slower than a real flame. It doesn't dance or change height like a real candle. It's more of a slow dimming and increasing in intensity.
