Disappointed with Training and Behavior Aids

I've only had a leash for a very short time, have literally only used it 3 times and was going to put it on my dog this morning and it fell apart. I can't even find the pin that held it together. I bought two packs and am afraid to use them with another dog so had to go back to a cheap safety leash.
