I like how easy it was for my team using this platform - we had more visibility in our KPIs than other platforms before! The support from Stratics has been great as well. It took me quite some time getting used to all these new features but once you figure them out they become very convenient tools within one toolbox :). They do offer additional training courses so take advantage if there are any upcoming ones going through their website or social media channels (Twitter/Facebook), also make sure not too many people use at same timeframe otherwise things get confusing :) We were able improve insights about what's working really good + focus areas where improvements can be made faster & easier compared to previous methods which required multiple reporting systems across different departments / teams etc..
