Review on Lasfit 3157 3056 3156 3057 4157 LED Bulb: Bright Amber Yellow Turn Signal & Side Marker Lights (2-Pack) by Terry Gernes

Despite its unusual appearance, this lamp actually illuminates the reflector body well. I was a little skeptical when I bought these because they only seem to have LEDs on opposite sides of the bulb, but their convex shape allows them to emit light in all directions fairly evenly. They are not as flat as they appear in the photos, it's something of an optical illusion. They work well even if the reflector body isn't round, and they're also noticeably brighter than incandescent bulbs, but not overly bright like some of the other bulbs I've tried, so they're not annoying at night if you have a clear body like mine. Another thing I would like to point out is that these bulbs are one of the few that can actually cool themselves when used in always-on applications like daytime running lights. One of the brightest LED bulbs I had burned out after 6 months with the DRL/turn signal combo, probably because it was covered with LEDs and didn't have enough cooling surfaces. I can fully recommend these lamps because of their design. and build quality, and in my opinion, this is one of the best options for replacing incandescent lamps.
