Bought this frame to replace a copper coated frame I've been using for about a year. The copper plating had long since peeled off, and the frame itself was very thin. I love that this new frame is made of stainless steel and is very durable. Goes perfectly with my old skillet. I used it for the first time last night - in the oven at 400 degrees - and it came out of the dishwasher like new. I accidentally found this item on Revain while looking for a replacement stand and bought it myself and was not compensated for my unbiased review. If I could change something, I would add protruding handles to lift the pan. It's the only good thing about the old rack and definitely not a deal breaker. The size is perfect for half pans.
