Used 3 times and it doesn't work anymore!

choice has always been a trusted brand. So when I came across this trimmer with different heads and it was rechargeable I couldn't wait to get it. It worked pretty well the first two times I used it. When I plugged it in, the first thing I noticed was that the charging connector wasn't fully inserted. Now when I need to charge it, it doesn't charge at all. I haven't dropped it or gotten it wet, it just doesn't work. Needless to say I am very disappointed and of course the return window is closed. So now I have a very nice purple trimmer that doesn't work.
