I ordered one of these off Amazon for just a few bucks! fantastic price! I warmed up the boot in hot water and then dried it, which softened the rubber a bit! The trick is to apply a small coat of liquid shampoo to the inside of the front of the boot hole. This is done so that the top front hole in the boot slides over the front of the shock! Once the front opening of the boot is fully in place, you can slide the back of the boot over the back of the kick! That requires a strong pair of hands! The finished trunk gets in the way of the direction keys, but that's not a big deal!
