Seriously, I think I bought this brush set for just under $7 and it's definitely a damn decent deal! There are a few bristles that take longer to "deflect" than the others, but it only takes a few strokes to align them. The quality of the bristles to the touch and the ease of applying makeup are undeniable. It's the color of the tips of those bristles and SOAAAAAAACH handles that make this set such a great value. They are a pleasure to hold and use because they have such beautiful colors and a chiseled shape. The sponge applicator comes in its own storage case like I've never seen before. The rubber pad for cleaning brushes is larger than most which is a bonus, the others I have are almost too small to clean each brush even if you manage to hold these small ones when brush cleaning with even easy for them. The size of one in this set is much more manageable.
