Good value for money, I recommend.
The bare minimum in activity trackers. Displays the wearer's step count, heart rate, and smartphone notifications. A timing stopwatch is included. The screen can be adjusted to your preferences. The battery can last for two to three weeks. It's not the most user-friendly thing ever (in my opinion), but it does what it's supposed to do and costs very little. As a transitional step toward more commonplace sports equipment, I wholeheartedly endorse it. After dealing with the bracelet, you'll know if you need to continue this arms race or if you may rest easy.
- Everything you need to get insight into your way of life is contained in a single, low-priced gadget. A pedometer can help you meet your daily step goal, while an activity tracker can help you remember to take a break from your desk every so often. The monitor relays information such as heart rate. It's helpful to have the option to personalize your phone's alerts. Durable batteries. Simply put, it's a fantastically affordable electronic device.
- For me, the screen size is inadequate because of my weak eyesight. What good are these alerts if I can't actually read them? The screen is also quite sensitive, and the blocking does not protect you from water (though this criticism is more subjective). The bracelet can be activated by water jets, so taking a shower or a dip in the pool will set it free. The inclusion of swimming in the training schedule suggests this was perhaps predictable. I don't think the bracelet would be very useful for sports involving movement. The bare minimum of effort. But if you can't quite afford a regular sports watch, you may live with all this for the time being.
