The perfect home phone for your parents!
Easy to use and set up. Instructions are not required. The phone is easy to use. VERY loud phone speaker, nice big buttons that make dialing and reading easier. Audio support for the phone - for people with hearing problems - this is a big plus. Caller ID is bright and clear; just as easy to read. The phone is well made and worth more than the $20 I paid for it. Stepdad doesn't hear well and has no problems with this phone, no more yelling! Mom can see numbers and options on her phone without glasses. A win!
