Exactly what I wanted
The top part, a brooch, is very beautiful and elegant in multicolored metal, but the two magnets on the back are surprisingly strong. I hope they are strong enough to hold the scarf in place and I expect they will. The photo is correct. Size is approximately 1 1/4 inches wide.
