I love that this mask is true to size. The tissue stays as far from my mouth and nose as I breathe in. Adjustable ear straps are comfortable. A metal plate is sewn over the nose, which can be clamped to fit. Washes well. However, the liner is terrible. Not enough fabric on each side for the lining to hold up well. If you ever need to remove the mask, the liner just pops out. I watched a video on how to insert an insert. I'm doing it right; it just won't stay, so I never used it. I just throw it in the trash. I still love the mask and I think it does what it's supposed to do even without a liner.
