I tested 3 vertical mice - they are Evoluent VMDMW VerticalMouse D Medium Right Hand Ergonomic Mouse with Wireless Connection, Logitech mx Vertical Wireless and Kensington Pro Fit Ergo Vertical Trackball " " ( K75326WW) "As with all ergonomic products, there is no right or wrong - it is what best suits your body shape - in this case your hand. Cons - no updated driver for Mac means no peripheral buttons work, no bluetooth Logitech: Pros - Ergonomics - very comfortable to use - I have no wrist pain at all and I don't use a wrist pad : Pros - Ergonomics - again a very comfortable layout. Cons - trackball didn't work for me - wish it was harder to roll. I ended up going with Logitech because of the design/look - the matte gray dk looks better or my hand is the wheel right at my fingertips. I'd be happy with the Evoluent if there was either an updated driver or just two mouse buttons - large middle-click button means I have to use my ring finger to activate right-click, which is annoying as I want to use my middle finger for that what I can do with Logitech since it's just the left n right buttons.
