The ability to pull in multiple sources of customer information, including but not limited to email addresses, phone numbers and IP address. It's also super easy to set up campaigns within our account manager, which is great since we're still new to this platform! I wish there was an option to have more control over campaign performance tracking/results reporting. We are able to leverage all of these different types of contact info into one place so that it makes sense when you want to reach out to someone via a specific medium (email or social media).
