The side faces stick together, but the diameter of the "ring" is quite large and it's obvious that the piercing wouldn't be round if it were real. And the male part is very thin compared to most real septum piercings. The sides seem pretty secure and the magnets weren't uncomfortable, but I really only tried it on for a few seconds before removing it, so I can't really give security details. I like that the piercing comes in a small box and is individually wrapped. Other sellers just toss the bag into the packaging envelope and do the job. Maybe the septum would look more realistic if my nose was wider, but I doubt it. . Maybe 10+tax. Or maybe I set my expectations too high 🤷‍♀️
