Review on Cen-Tec Systems 91353 40 Ft Central Vacuum Hose, Light Gray, Foot Length by Blake Larson

When our Nut5one conductive hose finally wore out after over 15 years I bought this Cen-Tec Systems 93620 low voltage -Central vacuum hose. It worked fine for 4 months, but then it started to fail. It took us a few more months to figure out what the problem was. As the hose rotates next to the handle, the vacuum motor turns on and off. The problem gets worse every day as we use it. I've added black tape to show where things go wrong. See photos and videos. I will attempt to contact Cen-Tec Systems, Inc. to request a replacement and update my review with the results.
